DISCOVER HAYLING’ GALA FUND-RAISING EVENING

By popular demand foe two nights only on Friday 24th & Saturday 25th April 2009 Hayling’s BEST, Discover Hayling and the HIADS Players present ‘Grand Event 3’. An evening of tales from Hayling’s glorious past, featuring stirring reminiscences, interesting tales & lively entertainments, to form a light hearted look into Hayling’s rich history and heritage.

The evening also includes the launch of Discover Hayling’s new ‘Natural Hayling Information Sheet’, and two further addition to our range of local history booklets ’Langstone - Gateway to Hayling’, and ‘Hayling Lifeboats’. Plus a visit from a surprise guest, a special souvenir welcome pack for everyone, as well as a welcoming glass and the exclusive announcement of Discover Hayling’s plans for the future, and a splendid lucky ticket draw!

A display of new images and photographs of old Hayling will be on show in the foyer and side exhibition area throughout the week prior to the big event.

Doors open 7.00pm for a welcome glass and to view display.
